Under Administration, you can view and edit information and settings relating to the company, users and licences, as well as billing.   ### Overview The overview displays your company information and gives you the following options: - Switch to **Users & Licences (1)**. - Via **Billing (2)**, you can access the billing section to view an overview of licence orders. - You can transfer company ownership (3). Once ownership has been changed, this cannot be undone. Ownership can then only be transferred by the new owner. - With **Edit (4)**, you can adjust your company information. ![](https://support.realview.ch/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-03-2026-12-41-52-3556-PM.png?width=670&height=388&name=image-png-Jun-03-2026-12-41-52-3556-PM.png)   #### Edit Company When editing the company, the following settings can be adjusted: - Add your company **logo** to make access clearer for your employees and external participants. - Under **general information**, the company name and a description can be entered. Both the name and description are visible in the company overview. - The **currency** is automatically set to the billing currency. - Set the company **address**. - You can enter the **contact details**. ![](https://support.realview.ch/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-03-2026-12-42-17-9779-PM.png?width=670&height=388&name=image-png-Jun-03-2026-12-42-17-9779-PM.png)   ### Users & Licences Under **Users & Licences**, you can manage users, licences and **storage packages**. #### Users Über **Einladen (1)** können **neue Benutzer** hinzugefügt werden. Wird eine Person in einem Projekt eingeladen und die Einladung angenommen, findest Du die Person ebenfalls unter Benutzer & Lizenzen. Du hast die Möglichkeit die Benutzer nach **Rollen Typ (2)** filtern zu lassen. Hier findest Du die Liste aller Benutzer. Bei allen Benutzer siehst Du die **aktuelle Rolle (3)**, die **aktuelle Lizenz (4)**, sowie die **Add-Ons (5)**. Bei der **aktuellen Rolle (3)** siehst Du die Berechtigung. Wenn ein Benutzer die Einladung noch nicht bestätigt hat, bleibt die Rolle auf Ausstehend. Sobald die Einladung angenommen wurde, kann die Rolle zugewiesen werden. Bei der **aktuellen Lizenz (4)** findest Du die zugewiesene Lizenz dieses Benutzers. Durch Anklicken der aktuellen Lizenz kann die Lizenz geändert werden. Bei den **Add-Ons (5)** findest Du das zugewiesene Add-On dieses Benutzers. Durch Anklicken des Add-Ons kann dieses geändert werden. Über die drei Punkte, hast Du pro Benutzer noch folgende weitere **Optionen (6)**: - Rolle ändern - Lizenz ändern - Lizenzzuweisung entfernen - Add-On ändern - Zuordnung des Add-Ons entfernen - Benutzer entfernen Bei Personen, bei denen die Einladung noch Ausstehend ist, hast Du folgende **Optionen (6)**: - Einladung erneut senden - Abbrechen New users can be added via **Invite (1)**. If a person is invited to a project and accepts the invitation, they will also appear under **Users & Licences**. You can filter users by role type (2). Here you will find a list of all users. For each user, you can see the **current role (3), current licence (4) and add-ons (5)**. Under the **current role (3)**, you can see the permission level. If a user has not yet confirmed the invitation, the role remains Pending. Once the invitation has been accepted, the role can be assigned. Under the **current licence (4)**, you can see the licence assigned to this user. The licence can be changed by clicking on the current licence. **Under add-ons (5)**, you can see the add-on assigned to this user. The add-on can be changed by clicking on it. Via the three dots, the following **additional options (6)** are available per user: - Change role - Change licence - Remove licence assignment - Change add-on - Remove add-on assignment - Remove user For persons whose invitation is still pending, the **following options (6)** are available: - Resend invitation - Cancel ![](https://support.realview.ch/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-03-2026-12-43-19-6914-PM.png?width=670&height=388&name=image-png-Jun-03-2026-12-43-19-6914-PM.png) ![](attachment:61460e37-728f-420a-a67d-b26890c3904a:CleanShot_2026-05-06_at_16.02.432x.png) #### Licences and Storage Packages **Once an offer is confirmed, it is legally binding.** **Please read all information carefully.** If you are authorised to do so, you can **purchase additional licences (1)** in the top right. Additional storage space can also be purchased via **Buy Storage Package (2)**. Here you can also see how much storage is currently being used. **Manage Licences (3)** opens a new window where you can switch between assigned and unassigned licences. Individual licences can be cancelled via the three dots. You can currently purchase the **following add-ons (4)**: - **Process Manager** | At least one Process Manager is required per company to create templates. If you would like to purchase the project space on a project-specific basis, this is possible via a **Project Licence (5)**.
