[Protokoll](https://support.realview.ch/en/wissensdatenbank/written-instructions?hsLang=en#protokoll) # Negotiation protocol | Subjects ## Learn how to use the negotiation protocol. **The topics can only be customised by a superuser.** You can import an agenda/topic template using the yellow icon **(1)**. Alternatively, you can create topics manually using the green plus sign **(2)**. The topics are numbered automatically, but you can also customise the numbering or use sub-agenda items (1.1, 1.2, etc.). This allows adjustments to be made to individual award protocols. For general changes, the adjustments should be made in the template.
