# Negotiation protocol | Signatures

## Learn how to use the negotiation protocol.

Up to five people can be added to sign the award protocol. To select a person, tick the box next to Company or Name. Only persons who are listed under Participants can be selected.

The signature can then be added via the window next to the person. It must be signed directly on the PC/tablet; it is not possible to insert an image.
