Dans la section Calcul, le montant de l'offre soumise et le rabais négocié peuvent être saisis avec la date. Le calcul est effectué automatiquement et apparaît sur une page séparée après la page de couverture du PDF. Trois méthodes de calcul sont disponibles. **Cette option doit être configurée par un superutilisateur dans le menu d'administration.** - **Méthode de calcul standard :** Calcul standard dans lequel les rabais et les escomptes sont déduits du montant brut saisi. La méthode standard prend en compte l'assurance de garantie de construction. - **Méthode A :** Méthode de calcul dans laquelle les escomptes, les frais de logistique de chantier et un rabais spécial librement définissable sont déduits du prix des travaux avant les déductions de construction, hors TVA. L'assurance de garantie de construction n'est pas prise en compte. - **Méthode B :** Méthode de calcul permettant de définir librement jusqu'à 10 déductions ou rabais, qui peuvent être déduits du prix des travaux avant les déductions de construction, hors TVA. L'assurance de garantie de construction n'est pas prise en compte. Dans le champ Calcul libre, il est possible de saisir un texte supplémentaire accompagné d'un montant.
