Project overview

Get an overview of all projects you have access to and customize your project view to suit your needs.

When you start, you will find yourself on the project overview page. Here you can see the projects that have been activated for you. You have the option of marking each project as a favorite. To do this, select the star icon in the top right-hand corner of the desired project. Once the star is filled in, the project has been marked as a favorite.

At the top right, you will find a search bar where you can search for a project. You can search for the project using the project number or the project name.

Below the search bar, next to your name/email address that you used to log in, you will find the following from left to right:

  • Edit view (1)
  • My pending issues (2)
  • Search Minutes (3)
  • Create Project (4)
  • Program settings (5)
  • Side menu (6)

Edit view

The blue icon with the windows can be used to open the view editor. Here you can set whether the projects should be displayed as a portal (default) or as a list. In the portal view, the projects are displayed side by side and below each other. The project image is at the top, followed by the project number, name, and location. In the list view, the projects are displayed below each other. The project image is displayed on the left and the project number, name, and location on the right.

You can also choose whether only favorites should be displayed. Especially if you have a lot of projects, it is advisable to display only your favorites so that you can access them more quickly.

You can also choose whether archived projects should be hidden or shown.

My pending issues

Here you will see the pending items that have been assigned to you. The dark gray bar shows you which project the pending item comes from. The medium gray bar shows you the meeting and the light gray bar shows you the agenda item.

At the top right, you can search for a keyword in the text field next to the magnifying glass icon to find a specific pending item more quickly. You can enter a comment on the pending item under My comment. This can then be easily copied by the minute-taker at the next meeting. You can also mark the pending item as completed under the completion date. This can also be copied by the minute-taker at the next meeting.

You can switch the filtering of your pending items between Open pending items and Completed pending items. You can also use the PDF icon to create a PDF of all open or completed pending items.

Search Minutes

You can search for keywords that appear in a log. This searches the entire database (logs, agendas, participants, text entries, etc.). Since the entire database is searched, this search may take a little longer. All results found will then be displayed.
